Former UFC lightweight contender Hermes Franca has been sentenced to 42-months in prison after pleading guilty (!) to one count of unlawful penetration and one count of first-degree sexual abuse, both on a victim under the age of 14 who was a student at his Clakamas, Oregon martial arts school. He was originally charged with nine counts but his guilty plea reduced the charges to two. Franca was infamously suspended from the UFC following an unsuccessful title challenge to Sean Sherk's lightweight belt (Sherk also tested positive for banned substances afterward).
