Prosecutors have charged former Oklahoma State running back Herschel Sims with two counts of second-degree forgery. Sims was dismissed from the team last week for a violation of team rules. The Tulsa World reports that prosecutors accuse Sims of forging a bank withdrawal slip with an account number belonging to one of his teammates.
