Weird thing this morning. I was bored enough tp put achron1 in google just to see what would come up and I find the post about everyone moving here. I'm really excited about this season with Gunther being back and all. I can already see his style rubbing off on the defensive unit. Attack,,Attack..Attack man with a mid range D we'll go all the way.
Welcome back achron. There's a lot to be excited about. I'm wondering if K.C. can do it again. Everyone says Holmes looks better than last year and maybe even better than '02. If you guys had a pair of good receivers, it would be hard to keep you out of the Bowl.
In my eyes as long as the defense keeps making progress like they are we'll be fine. I heard Holmes say something about going for long yardage as his goal for this year. I think that rookies wr Smith and te Wilson are gonna make huge contributions this year. I also like the rookie wr Parker but I read he's had trouble being consistant. My brother is a huge Steelers fan so hopefully we'll see ya in the post season, although if that happens I won't be able to be anywhere near him come gameday anyway ( were both HUGE freaks when our teams are losing) lol
That's great! I hope we meet in the post season. Both offenses should put on a show. I picked up Holmes in a dynasty league last night and I'm hoping for big things from him. He's looked good. I also like how much the defense was blitzing. I watched some of the St. Louis / KC game and was impressed with the pressure they were putting up front. Without the pressure, I don't think you guys have enough talent to keep teams from scoring. Should be great. And tell your brother that he's the man for being a Steeler Fan!

Hey Achron1, sorry it took so long to welcome back a fellow KC fan, but I have been working long hours and hadn't been on in about 3 days. It's great to see you back. Did you hear that Wilson is hurt? Along with Boerigter, thats going to be tough on us. I'm glad we don't rely to heavily on the WR position.
I think Smith is going to really shine right outta the gates. My gut's also telling me that Parker is going to blow up to. Ya it sucks that Wilson and Boerigter are out...Wilson might be back by week 9 or 10. The guy I really wanted to see was Maz, in Gunther's defense I think he woulda been even better. Man Sunday morning is gonna be like Christmas morning when your a little one. Time is gonna be moving soooo slow till Sun night rolls around.
It will stink watching all those games on Sunday, and still waiting for ours. It will be here soon enough though. I can't wait. I hope R. Smith takes Morton's starting position.
wow what happened to the chiefs they suck, 0-3 that isnt very good looks like Gunther isnt rubbing off on the defense that well, and if he is i would fire him on the spot
