SI.com - Brian Hill, head coach of the Orlando Magic , was fined $25,000 by the NBA on Wednesday for criticizing officials after a loss to the Utah Jazz . Hill said the Magic would have won if they'd gotten the last-minute foul calls they deserved. "I was disappointed that the game wasn't decided by the players, that it was decided by the officials," he said at the time. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives...m_of_officials/
Good for him. If anyone saw the game they know he was right. I'm not one to make this kind of accusation either.
Wow, I was expecting somewhere between $5,000-10,000, but $25,000 seems like way too much for that...But oh well he said he didn't care if he had to pay $50,000...
