You need to know when to make sigs smaller This sig is too big considering the size of the main pics you used. Also, I would get rid of his big head in the BG, it would look fine without it. I think you have improved tremendously since you came here. Great stuff man.

Much, but I still think the BG pic of his face should be taken out Also, make the text the same as your earlier V2 and that sig is great.

I like the last version the best but I think the subtext needs to be changed and the logo needs to be blended better. Good job though. Easily your best.
