<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Los Angeles - Milwaukee Bucks center Jamaal Magloire isn't quite sure when or how he came up with the rare inspirational technique that he employed Wednesday night in the Bucks' loss to the Seattle SuperSonics at KeyArena.

Different players try to inspire their teammates in different ways, but throwing down a dunk with your eyes covered? It has been done in all-star dunk contests in the past but Magloire is now doing it in games.

Late in the second quarter of the Bucks' loss Wednesday in Seattle, Magloire took a pass from Andrew Bogut, elevated and, while covering his eyes with one hand, dunked with the other to give Milwaukee a 52-51 lead.

    What was up with that?

"I guess I was just hanging in the air for so long, I didn't know what to do," Magloire said.

Magloire said he was trying to rouse his teammates with his little game of Blind Man's Dunk.

"I just think it's good for the morale of the team," he said. "The team gets excited. And, I'm just trying to get myself involved a little bit. I'm wide open, so I go blind-fold and dunk it."

    His teammates have taken notice.

"You're going to go blind up there, Big Cat," guard T.J. Ford yelled across the locker room at Magloire after the game Wednesday.

The game Wednesday was not the first time in which Magloire has covered up to dunk. He also did it in a game against Atlanta on March 13, but on that occasion it appeared as if Magloire had been poked in the eye and that he had instinctively put his hand up to his face.

But that was not the case.

Magloire says he picks his spots and will cover his eyes only if he has a clear path to the hoop.

"No way I can miss it," he said. "If I was in traffic, that would be (different)."</div>

It's better and more creative than Karl Malone's hand-behind-the-head dunk.

He did that the other day too, they put it on Sportscenter and just hated on it like friggin crazy. I mean, it's super cool when AI#2 and Nate take 47 times to get a sick dunk in the contest, but when a 270 lb dude dunks and tries to be creative, that's just dumb [IMG] [IMG]

That sounds cool. Does anyone have a video of it? Thanks in advance.

Ya he did that with the 360 corkscrew type dunk,
Then he did the big cat prowl where his head and body were going straight, but feet were like sideways LOL
