<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>East Valley Tribune - According to the East Valley Tribune, the Phoenix Suns brought in guard Fred Hoiberg for a workout and physical on Thursday. If all checks out Hoiberg will take the roster spot available when forward Dijon Thompson went on injured reserve after having microfracture surgery on his right knee Monday. He had open heart surgery last season and if he plays again he would be the first NBA player ever to play with a pacemaker.</div>

He would fit the Suns offense pretty well and wouldn't need to play a whole lot either with their amount of guards. He could be a Steve Kerr type player for them in the playoffs, just come in a knock down some shots.
