Don't confuse youth with inexperience and a lack of drive. Even the Blazers rookie class takes exception. Oden had an entire year to scout the big men of the league and muscle-up while rehabbing his surgically repaired knee. Fernandez wasn't a multiple Spanish League MVP for nothing and Bayless learned some tricks of the trade while a member of the US Select team this summer competing against Chris Paul and Deron Williams.
