AV said at the press conference that right now Staal is being treated for "neck issues" and a concussion has not been confirmed. Remember, he also took an awkward hit earlier in the game. Maybe just has some significant tightness in that area. Obviously early on, but better than what I was expecting to hear.
I'm wondering if a concussion symptom would be evident that quickly to force you to leave immediately or if it was the neck.
