"We've talked a little about Bobby Simmons, but everything is preliminary right now," Bartelstein said regarding discussions with the Hornets. "He's a very sought-after guy and was the league's Most Improved Player."

Hornets general manager Allan Bristow has said one of the team's biggest needs is obtaining a small forward. Simmons, who averaged 16.1 points last season, is considered to be the top available free-agent small forward.

Last week, the Hornets re-signed small forward Bostjan Nachbar, but they are likely to pursue another player to solidify the spot. </div>

I don't think Simmons will end up here. I think he will be back as a Clipper, but I'm hoping that Washington can pry him away.

i just hope he keeps improvin instead of goin down. that would suck for a guy that had a great season. im pretty sure he will stay with the clippers. they gave him a chance at starting so he might as well repay them i guess

No Simmons isn't going to Nawlins, nor is going back to his former team.. he's gone to the Milwaukee Bucks!!! They signed him tonight for 47 million... what a signing. The bucks are insane.
