The Hornets acquired a backup point guard in Willie Green by executing a four-player trade on Thursday with the Sixers. But New Orleans is still interested in free agent Jannero Pargo, who was a member of the club before leaving to play in Europe and eventually the Bulls. Pargo worked out with several members of the Hornets on Thursday. “I talked to (Pargo) yesterday and (Thursday) morning and his agent (Mark Bartelstein),” GM Dell Demps said. “We’re still in discussion and have to see what would be the right situations.
