According to ESPN.com, the New Orleans Hornets are close to signing a deal with Denver Nuggets' free agent Chris Andersen. Andersen will likely be the Hornets' back up center behind All-Star Jamaal Magloire. Andersen was 2nd in the NBA in blocks per 48 minutes and set a career high this season recording 7 blocks three times. Good pick up for New Orleans, anyone?
