Tough break for Vroman, but with their current injuries i guess they couldn't continue to carry him. Fizer is an interesting signing. He could really contribute whilst West is banged up, should Scott decide to give him some court time.
Vroman went fairly high in the '04 draft. The team must see something in the recent additions to the front line they like, and something in Vroman's last orthopaedic report they don't like.
Fizer is a nice addition he showed plenty of flashes during his career with the Bulls of being an above average scorer, but injuries have really hurt his career. He has battled back, and worked hard to get back into the league though, and it’s nice to see him getting a second shot. I think the NBDL did a good job of humbling him, and improving his work ethic.
