From what I ahve heard he's gone. Who are they trying to get at PF? I have heard they're trying to get Karl Malone to help in the triangle offense, I don't really think that would be a good fit, malone is a scorer, it's never good when you have 3 players who always want the ball on the same team.

I'm hoping for the Lakers to sign P.J. Brown.

horry i definitly gone, i think malone going to la but that dosent look like it will help the lakers make up, 3 superstars might not work we see this in mem and last season clippers with talent much worse than shaq kobe and malone- much like bc said...... so realisticly someone like p.j, howard players along that line or you can trade george, fox im not sure what they would get in return

they won't get payton...why? he'll just be mad Kobe always touches the ball...And they won't trade Devean George...he's a developing player...he will only get better...

i think malone would be a great fit. horace grant thrived in it as the 3rd scorer to jordan and pippen because he could hit the mid range jumper. malone has the same range as horace grant, and he has a much better post up game and is also an underrated passer. i think malone is at a point in his career where he doesn't mind being the 3rd option on a team. he wants a ring and he is smart enough to know shaq and kobe are more capable at scoring than himself. he's also a decent defender and will bring some toughness to the lakers.

Alonzo Mourning would be the best fit for the Lakers.

P.J. Brown would be the second best.

Malone would be the third best.

Howard would be the fourth best.
