Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall was fined $20,000 by the league for a horse-collar tackle during Monday night's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, according to multiple reports. Hall received a 15-yard penalty for his tackle on DeSean Jackson in the second quarter, after the receiver's 14-yard reception. Jackson retaliated by shoving Hall after the play, but received no penalty -- which did not sit well with the Redskins, one team official said.
