Below is a link to an article that gives game-by-game predictions for the 2009-2010 Rockets. The author argues that without their Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming to anchor their half-court offense that the Rockets will play at a faster pace to take advantage of Aaron Brooks's speed and the athleticism of Trevor Ariza. He also says that despite picking up the pace offensively the Rockets will remain committed to defense. He projects 43 wins, and he had us at 7-7 after 14. We are 8-6. I think his 43 wins projection is pretty close. Given how we've played so far, without McGrady, I'm actually hopeful we can win 45+.
