The Houston Texans have signed seventh-round draft pick Dorin Dickerson. The 6-foot-2 Dickerson was taken with the 227th overall selection. He played receiver, tight end and linebacker during his college career at Pittsburgh, and set a school record for tight ends with 10 touchdown receptions last season.
