Houston Wants Iggy for TMac

The Philadelphia 76ers have supposedly been talking to the Houston Rockets about bringing Tracy McGrady(notes) and his whopping (but thankfully expiring) $23 million contract to the City of Brotherly Love. But the word is that the Rockets won't do any such deal with the Sixers unless swingman Andre Iguodala(notes) is part of the package, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

And there was another recent report that Iguodala would be headed to the Cleveland Cavaliers before the Feb. 18 trading deadline so it's looking like other teams are very interested in him even though he has more than $56 million left on his contract

"Nobody wants to be on the losing end, but when you are on the losing end, you have to make changes," Iguodala told the Inquirer. A trade wouldn't surprise him, which is good because it's looking likely right now whether it's for McGrady or someone else.
