Houston !!!! ... what's wrong with the rockets this preseason ?? 0-4 .. and all of them by big margin of points !! .. is it just preseason ??? i don't think so .. cus yao .. francis and the other starters had a good amount of mins ... but no difference made .. Baron Davis outplayed steve ... the only positive thing u take out of those games .. is Yao ming's performance ... the guy looks more confident and stronger .. I hope they improve from next game and on !!
Its only Pre Season when the real season start they will pick it up. Ming is doing nice in the Pre Season avg 20 points and 10 reb!!!
I have said it before and I will say it again..Pre-season results don't matter at all.It is all about any new offensive or defensive plays the coach wants to use,how he trys out his rotation and how the rookies start off.Jazz beat the Mavs in pre-season do I think the Jazz will do better this season? no... do I expect Jazz to beat the Mavs in the season? not likely...

Anyway I wouldn't be worried, how could a team full of young players possibly have digressed over the offseason?

I hope they improve from next game and on !!</div> its obvious that van gundy doesnt care about preseason victories...else he wouldnt have taken yao and francis out of the sonics game 10/10 down 5 with 5 mins to go. else he wouldnt have had wilks, mooch in at the same time, giving steve francis minutes at the 3!!!!
The Rockets are doing bad because they have learned an entirely new offense, ten days ago. It takes a few weeks to perfect and new offense. These are growing pains associated with a new coach, and that new coach bringing in a new offense.
