There is no Wolves/Sixers game thread on BBW, so I thought I'd shell out some observations here, after just watching this game: - Ricky Davis was a monster in the 4th quarter, wow! That's my boy, Ricky D. I miss him in Boston, but tonight he played very clutch basketball. He knocked down that open 20 footer, took it to the Sixers defense, and hustled. Defensively, Ricky looked pretty good last night as well. - Mike James was barrying the treys, huh? Wow. He hit 3 of them in the 4th from what I can remember, those definitely helped. - KG did everything, as usual. I love KG, he's so incredibly talented. - Mark Blount actually rebounded the basketball! What has this world come to! He is playing better this season than he did with Boston. This is the 3rd time I have watched the Wolves play this year and every time Blount played solid ball. He always has knocked down that 17 footer, but he actually is trying a bit defensively and on the glass. More effort is needed and more effort could be there, but he's giving more than what he did in Boston. - Randy Foye is going to be a stud. He's a gifted offensive player, and he doesn't settle for jumpers. What I have liked the most about him, because we all knew he could score, is his vision. He seems to make the right kickout type of pass at the right time. That will serve him well. - Craig Smith. Reppin' Boston College! I love when the announcer always says "Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf!" every time he dunks. - Hey... Marko Jaric put his jersey on the right way this time! This game was way too sloppy though, wow. Everyone (both teams) was trying to pull off completely unnecessary behind the back passes. Why? Either way, good road win for the Wolves.
A couple of former C's, a lot of people forget the C's were the ones that gave James another shot at some legit pt in the NBA making him a starter before he was traded to the Pistions.

I mean it's not like he had much competition for the starting job when he was in Boston, he had a rookie Marcus Banks who underachieved big time here. We signed him because he had some upside and we were desperit for PG help, then he ended up exceeding expectations, then he bounced around, then he ended up taking off in Toronto. Now, he's playing good ball for the Wolves as well, and smarter ball than what he played last year.

If you think that means I credited them for him breaking, umm not sure what to say to that. Look at my post I never said anything about him breaking out.

Also, I wasn't trying to lash out at you, I was just saying. :happy0144:
