http://youtube.com/watch?v=DWut1pAWZ68&search=Kobe%20BryantThis video has been posted before. But every time I watch it it makes me like him even more. Also check out this onehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0I8NbJWDcjMI posted this here because I wanted everybody to see it.
You just have to be a sensitive person to watch that video and then like Kobe. I dont like Kobe, I am not a fan, but I respect him for what he has accomplished in the NBAReason I dont like him-Why would I be a fan of a criminal
For me I dont like Kobe at all but that doesnt mean i dont respect how much talent he has and how much hes accomplished. lol that first video is trying to make Kobe look like such a great player and person lol
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Reason I dont like him-Why would I be a fan of a criminal</div>Ray Lewis was on trial for murder. Stop holding a grudge on one guy when everybody else is getting away with things.People LOVE to bring up Kobe's problems with Shaq and his rape case. But everything Kobe does for good people overlook it. Remember the Hurricane Relief game? Kobe Bryant found a little boy who lost both of his parents in the disaster and took him under his wing. He sat him on his lap during the games. Carried him around the arena. Gave him his game worn jersey. He made that kid's life great. He still stay's in contact with him and gets him tickets to the games.Kobe Bryant's wife had a miscarriage due to an ectopic pregnancy last year. I never heard one person mention that. Had that been Lebron Jame's wife had a miscarriage people would STILL be mourning his loss.

Lazy unless you also hate all those players for the same reason you cant really hold a hrudge on one player for it
I never really disliked his game. I admit that. But, his off the court actions have always been questionable. But, he is deffinately a great player.
Because he is arrogant on and off the court, he doesnt like to pass the ball, he shoots too much (ballhog), and people just love to hate him I guess...

kobe rules. it's just that he kills every single team that he plays.. people hate him for that more than what he did to some poor white girl. hahahaor you like t-mac or something and you can't like t-mac AND kobe since they are both some of the best.more reasons liekt hat, etc.he's great though.

Kobe does pass the ball. His teamates never hit shots. He has a horrible supporting cast. Kobe has to shoot 30 times per game because if he doesn't hit shots nobody else will. He lead a bad team to a potential first round upset with the 3rd best team in the Western Conference. People LOVE to talk about Kobe letting his team down in the 2nd half of game 7. Yet they so quickly forget who hit 2 buzzer beaters that series. He hit the one to send it into overtime. Then the one to win the game. How many players hit 2 buzzer beaters in the same game to win a playoff game? Not many.Thats a huge feat yet people overlooked it because of the fact that he only took 3 shots in the 2nd half of game 7.

I definitely respect Kobe's game and him as a player/person. People say he's selfish and a ballhog but they dont know that if Kobe hadn't demanded the ball the entire season, the Lakers wouldnt even sniff the playoffs. They dont have a lot of depth or talent on their roster, Kobe realized he's the leader of this team now that Shaq has gone forever. Sometimes you got to be selfish in order to be successful in different situations like this.

If it was a guy like Ben Wallace or even Tracy McGrady, nobody would have it half a big a deal than they did when Kobe did it. Did he cheat on his wife? Yes, but like the quoted post says, I bet a lot of NBA players have. But did he really rape the woman? No. Her evidence in court was piss-poor and she was just trying to make some quick cash. You can not like Kobe all you want, I don't care, that's your opinion. But he is probably the best player in the world right now, and the 2nd best SG of all time hands down. I do believe he is a good person, he is a true competitor, he works hard, and he has 3 rings.People also note, Michael Jordan was caught cheating on his wife. Did anyone make a big deal about it? No. I bet at least half of you don't even know about it, and if you do, you don't hold that against Michael one bit do you?

Good point CelticBalla. People dont even care that he did it.
Those links are the same if I'm not mistaken.Kobe isnt that bad of a guy. He's a very good perosn, people just take shots at him every chance they get. Many many athletes are criminals too, many even worse than what Kobe did. For some reason you guys can drop other's crimes but Kobe's rape charge (which was dropped) stays in your mind for all eternity. I dont carew if you hate him. Just admit to the truth. He;s the best player in the world right now. He does have potential to be the GOAT and he is stuck with a crap team and is forced to take over. Also He didnt throw that TV. I dont like it when people bring that up because it was found to be false.

He only really started passing in the playoffs when Phil Jackson told him too. He doesnt like to pass the ball at all. When he does though, he gets his teammates involved more and they play an all around better game. We saw that in the first 4 games of the Lakers-Suns series. Unfortunately, he is usally more concerned about upping his ppg average than getting his teammates involved. In pre season, people thought Steve Nash had a horrible supporting cast. Look at what he has done. He has made all of his guards better shooters by finding them open looks and most of them better players just by passing the ball. No one expected them to do well offesnively with the losses to Amare, JJ, Q rich and Kurt Thomas mid season. Look at what they have done. They're the #1 offense in the League. Another example is the Cavs. The only consistant scorer on that team is Big Z, and even he gets slowed down quite a few times offensively. He still passes the ball, gets his teammates points and they do well for themselves. Kobe can still work with a team like that. They actually have talent in guys like Smush, Luke Walton, Kwame and Chris Mihm. You saw what they did in the playoffs when Kobe passed. When Kobe didnt pass in the reg. season none of them got into synche and the only consistent player on that team was Kobe. C'man man. Just admit that Kobe is usually a ball hog. He doesnt have to shoot 30 times a game. Again, Ill go back to the Lakers-Suns series. They were playing extraordinarilly well and leading a #2 seed in the West 3 games to 1. Kobe only scored 20 points a game, but all of his teammates had good games as well, and they played better than usual like that. What do you have to say to that? Yeah, its not that big of a deal because the Lakers crewed up and ended up losing the series. The Lakers ended up a dismal 7th seed, and they left in the 1st round. That isnt something a goat would do. Look at Lebron. He almost pushed his team past the #1 basketball team in the world, the Pistons, when all of his players were scoring 8 ppg and missing wide open shots. The point is, Kobe left in the 1st round, so it is not that big of a deal anyway. If the Lakers were still around, it would be a different story and I would be prasing Kobe for leading his team that deep into the playoffs.Yes those buzzer beaters were great. No one can take those away from him. But he wasnt there when his team needed him most to win the series was he? People dont care about the buzzer beaters, if they didnt even mean a series win. Big deal. He scored 1 point in the 2nd half of a must win game. Some GOAT there.. <_<Again, people would of cared if it was to win the series, or if it helped the Lakers win the series. The truth is, it didnt do sh*t for them, did it? So no one really cares. Its a huge feat that means nothing. Again, who cares? It didnt win them the series, so it is obviously not that important for their team.Thankyou very much, CB4Allstar...
I am not a fan of him. He's a ballhog (turn off) however he is a great player (turn on). Also Zards, you're right we don't know, they could've become better and not have fallen from a 3-1 lead just because one player fell into a slump. I don't care if he cheated on his wife lol, I just wish he'd be more cooperative with his team. Also Ballah I've seen a Lakers game, he has a supporting cast in Kwame Brown and Lamar Odom, yet they don't get the ball that much.

How can you not be a Kobe fan?-I'm a Suns fan-I'm a Shaq fan-I am a Witness-I'm a Raja Bell lover-I'm jealous-He's too cocky...pompous and arrogant, lol-Lakers fans are annoying and SOME OF THEM extremely stupid-Purple and gold are uglyOh, and that rape thingy. That's why, but I do respect his game.
