how do I make an Avitar?

    Well no free beer but now that I have you attention :Panyone feel like making a tutorial me me- even a few points in the right direction would be good. I want to copy/capture a youtube vid and then edit it.Please tell me what progs to use- I have Wm recorder but I don't think its what I need- if it is I don't know what to do with it :SAny help would be greatly appreciated [​IMG]
