Better yet, don't even answer that. The whole whacking thing sounds so unattractive.If you really want to know how to control stress, just run. Running is good for your heart and it releases endorphins. A hormone that affects emotions and is a natural antidepression. Besides running keeps your abs tight and gives your legs a strong lean look. So you'll look great walking in stiletto's.... :winkglasses:

I usually go play tennis and hit the living sh*t out of the ball. Or I listen to rap music, and I know you like that.
I meditate, or write poems, or hit a punching bag. The problem with running while you're stressed is because, if you're stressed for a good reason you probably don't have time to run.
Smoke Cigarettes, Cut myself, listen to All American Rejects, look at Combs' avy.No, I play sports and hang with friends. Or I go here....
I shoot hoops when I get really stressed. I can't explain it, but everytime I swoosh a shot, I feel a little better. Then I go right back to felling stressed, so I keep on shooting.Or I do something different. Like climbing the High School roof and getting to the bell tower.

Yo just breathe in and out lift some weights or play a game your good at cause if u suck you will just makes things much worse. Or just dont get mad at sh*t. I am a lot more relaxed and laid back than people assume and what I explained above helps me, and dont eat nig cause you will end up with a bad case of reflux.
