I've seen Chalmers a lot since he burst onto the scene for HS recruits out of Alaska. He always has been somewhat a disappointment to me in terms of what his potential use to be thought to be, but he yet again surprised people last year in his rookie year. As this year rolled around though, and no summer league for Miami, Chalmers looks like the same exact player from last year, maybe worse. His man to man D is still okay with great thievery ability, while his offensive arsenal stood pat. So my question here is, how good can Chalmers become? Was he just an NBA ready guy that might never get better or could he blossom into a good playmaker that can get you 15/8 from the PG spot?
