Living in the Cincinnati area, I get the "opportunity" to see Carson Palmer play 16 games a season and he just isn't impressing me any more. I know he had the injury, but this is his second season back, so that excuse doesn't work for me. The way he is placing the ball in the wrong spots for his receivers reminds of the pre-Norm Chow Carson Palmer at USC.</p>
