The Blazers were involved in three last year and there were several others around the league. It seems like Kevin Pritchard likes to be active on draft day, so I expect the Blazers to make at least one draft day trade this year too. How many trades will we see go down on draft day 2008?

Charlotte and Blazers should swap picks.

    9pick + Jared Dudley for 13picks + Prizbilla

    9th pick Portland select Augustin
13 pick Charlotte selects Chris Douglas Roberts

Charlotte has the cap room to take Jarrett Jack and send nothing in return. I'd trade Jack and the 13th pick for the 9th pick, but I wouldn't trade our only true backup C for a SF who might not be any better than Webster or Outlaw and moving up four spots in the draft to pick a guy who might be available with the 13th pick anyway.

Augustin might not be avaliable with Indy and Sacramento possibly looking for a PG. He's probably the second best PG in this draft, I'd do that trade if I waz Portland.

The Cavs might be looking to trade up to be able to draftDJ Augustin, Russell Westbrook or Roy Hibbert, according to the Akron Beacon Journal. I'm guessing they'd want a mid-lottery pick for that, perhaps Portland's #13 might be pushing it but there are a few others they might be able to get. Varejao, Damon Jones, Wally, Joe Smith and (possibly) Eric Snow's contract might be available for trade.

I think the Warriors would be a great fit for Varejao and I don't see anyone at #14 who is going to give them the help they need.

    Varejao + 1st round pick for Harrington + #14?

They might want to be a little higher than #14, just to be sure of getting one of those guys. I think they're focusing on the two PGs, which might make me think they're willing to let either Delonte West or Boobie go, or they might get rid of Wally/Devin Brown and then move Gibson to be a small SG
