How many games will the Celtics win this season

    With Pierce finally having a restful summer without any summer games or outside incidents he will have a career year. Walker will also benefit from a strong offseason workout regime and his knee will hopefully be finally healed. Im reallly looking forward to the emergence of kedrick brown as a defensive force and eye popping dunker. he has the skills to be like kenyon martin although he wouldnt have to rely so much on anotehr player. i dont think hell come that far this year but im hoping if he can finally stay heaalthy than maybe he can begin to. JR Bremer should continue his rise and hopefully marcus banks and kedrick perkins wont drag the team down. im sure perkins wont get teh minutes to. They still have 0 depth and very little post up pressence (unless Bruno Sundov emerges as a solid NBA center [​IMG]) tony battie will again have several trips to teh injured list and the celtics had better hope vin baker stays off the court or they could end up in last place but i think in the weak east tehyll win 50 games behind pierce.

    celtics only to win 25? c'mon....they still have pierce (who himself can wisn games) and walker to score....i say they will have a record like this year but will be around 5th seed

    35 [​IMG] maybe if they trade walker for spree straight up and piercec gets hurt. any actuall logic behind that truemaster?.....nop? well ok. free country

    I think they'll get about 45-50 wins, and if Kidd leaves the Celtics may win the Atlantic.

    looks like most people think theyre going to win 45-55. who thinks theyll win less than 40

    :roll: i wouldnt be surprised. Pierce is capable of leading a team to 50 wins without Walker. he'd just need someone decent down low

    I may be mistaken, but none of the Eastern teams this past year won 50 games. What makes people so sure the Celts will when they have made only minor adjustments to what they have?

    *edit* I just checked and only the Pistons won 50 games.
