i predict 9-7, 2nd place in the division. Now that ricky is gone there is no way the Phins can beat the Jets.

i say atleast 7-9, those extra 2 wins may get em into the playoffs though...

I say they split the season series

New England has already proven they can beat Miami so they gain nothing in RW's retirement. Buffalo gains more than the jets IMO.

The Bills have a D and were able to let Ricky run wild and still give Miami all they could handle.

Bledsoe and co are more dynamic on offense then & now. The jets Defense is unproven at best as is their offense.

Regardless of who plays RB for Miami, If Boston plays like he's capable then Miami has enough weapons (Chambers & McMichael) to make things interesting.

A case (pun?) could be made that the McMichael debacle will detract from the offense. Bottom line; It keeps coming back to who the QB is & whether Dave W will truly open up the offense. Though, he may have to now.

How does Ricky's retirement keep the Jets from sucking? I think the Jets better worry about keeping Pennington and Curtis Martin healthy and productive.

i think that it will help them, they always lost last year because Ricky ran over our slow linebackers, now we dont have slow linebackers, Dolphins dont have a running game. Also the Jets have given Miami a run for their money almost everytime, so i think that the Jets will have an advantage over Miami. Also i do think now the Jets have a better offense, and Miami's defense is aging. Idk Phins fans but we'll see whats happens

Whenever the Jets played the Dolphins would get crushed by Williams and would suck the next game. So when the Jets beat the Dolphins both meatings they'll go on a winning streak. Rickey Williams was a great running back but is sad he retired. He will be missed by a lot of people.
