Probably better off in Hell, because Heaven would have just been a massive disappointment after Playboy.
He was a chicago guy. I lived within walking distance of the first playboy club and walked past the playboy mansion on my way to school every day. Like me, he got smart and moved to sunny southern California. CNN trying paint him as at odds with the womens' movement, but he was one of the early supporters of abortion rights and other positive womens' issues. His organization was built by women. He made his daughter the CEO of the whole thing. He came along at a time when the pill gave women more power over their lives and bodies, and together all that followed really changed society for the better, IMO. RIP
Did you know that Hugh never actually met Marilyn? Makes it even crazier that he got the plot next to her.
