Not sure how many of you guys and girls were fans of his writings, but I sure was and will miss his interesting stories and articles. I have been a big fan for many years now and can't believe that he took his own life. what a mistake. well we will miss you DR. gonzo, good luck to you in the after life.

He was a bit too liberal for my taste. His disrepect towards the president, made his columns unreadable for me. Still, it is sad and cowardly act when someone takes thier own life. I feel bad for his friends and family.

I thought he was a bit harsh on the republicans as well, but his writing was so interesting and descriptive. i loved reading his work, weither it was an artical for espn or a book he wrote, it was always an interesting point of view. i really wonder why it had to come to that...
