Bennett looks like a stud, DAT is awesome, Lyerla looks solid and we still have Sumler and Blackmon waiting in the wings.

 

No kidding! Lots of youth. Our #3 QB was rumored to have the skills to be a starter on many Div 1 teams. Go Ducks!

 

I really hope that we focus on getting some linemen for this recruiting class. We have a ton of explosive weapons, now we just need the guys that do the dirty work.

the cupboard is hardly bare on either side of the ball from the last few classes and undoubtedly more good news will be coming. Did you catch who I relayed in the recruiting thread was at this game or the guy who'll be on an OV vs ASU?

It was fun watching the game and seeing all the new names I wasn't familiar with contribute so much!

 

Even more a reason to wish we could have played LSU in game 2 or 3.

 

Yeah... that was my biggest issue was that they were the first game of the season, and the first game since losing to Auburn. We could have used a couple confidence builders first.

 

That plus the freshman that just needed a game or two. DAT probably would have known how best to carry the ball...
