I feel bad about Dennis Weathersby

    I feel bad for this guy, last year b4 the Draft he was rated as a late 1st very early 2nd round draft pick as a CB.

    but less than a week b4 the draft he was a random victim of a drive buy shooting and was drafted in the 4th and only played in 4 games last year. i dont rember what his injuries were, but i rember it was his chest and i think something like bullets barely missed his heart, and hit his kidney or something.

    Now hes done for the year because in APril he was in a car accident because of a storm his car skidded out of control and just was told by doctors that he would probably miss the season.

    that sucks, i hope he plays and becomes a great player. im rooting for him

    yea, i know what you mean, it isnt good when youre a great player(or atleast probably would be) and you get those bad breaks like that. if he becomes a great player and overcomes his injuries, itd make a great show for "Sports Century" on ESPN Classic.

    It's amazing how much bad luck one person can have. I hope he recovers fully and plays a long, successful career...

    i actually remember hearing about him during the draft that year and i felt really bad, he was supposed to be a great player and a great teammate too. I was glad the Bengals drafted him and i will always wish him the best......just not against the Jets ;-)
