His name is Carter Danowski. Restaurant was busy so I had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be ready and spent the whole time talking to him. I could tell by the way he acted and things he said that he was an exceptional individual. Added him as friends on Facebook.

He’s dedicated himself to teaching kids how to speak English over in Taiwan. He was over there teaching and got in a terrible moped accident last week and has been in a coma since.

His family is asking that everyone keep Carter in their thoughts and prayers during this time.

I wanted to share this on the forum because I know there are a lot of great people here as well. So if you would do his family a favor please send out positive vibes for this young man.

Here is a link to the GoFundMe that his family set up for his medical expenses if any of you are able and inclined to assist them in covering his medical expenses.

    Thank you all

You talked to someone in a coma in a restaurant? I don't get it.

Sorry about his accident, though. I hope he recovers.
