    I loved that intro but I remember always being so mad that they never gave any love to any Blazers during the highlight reel during the song.

    I believe it was NBA on NBC that had such a huge impact on my views towards basketball during that era. I remember getting ready and watching the Sunday tripleheader, and there were always at least double headers. The theme song just made it seem like big game Sunday..now we have to deal with this abc bullcrap..absolutely despicable..now the NFL is on NBC and it is no secret that they are best at that too.

    NBC knew how to sell games. ABC/ESPN doesn't. It was kind of ironic that what Phil Jackson said was true. Both times.

    I hate the fact that he says "for the first time in 13 years" (returning to the finals) and that finals itself was 19 fucking years ago. God getting old sucks.
