That movie looks really tight. Can't wait till it comes out. Btw, when does it come out? I keep forgetting.... Ok so Harry knows Peter is Spiderman. I thought we were going to see Venom...or am I wrong? It would be really cool to see Venom and Carnage against Spidey.
Yea I can't wait either. Movie has all kinds of plots: Sandman (killed uncle ben? that makes it 10xs more interesting) Harry as Green Goblin (Spiderman: I didn't kill your father!!!) Relationship with Mary Jane (is she gonna die?) then best of all Venom! Actually, after watching the trailer, I have a feeling this film might flop. The new plot twist with Sandman killing Uncle Ben seems kinda forced (to introduce a new villain or whatever) by going back and sort of changing what happened. At first, I thought Venom was actually going to be the villain Venom (with Eddie Brock), but instead, I guess its just the Symbiotic Suit from the Venom alien thing. Kool I guess, especially seeing the clock tower scene where Spidey tries ripping off the symbiotic suit. EDIT- Just checked Wikipedia, and apparently, Eddie Brock DOES get the suit in the movie. Played by Topher Grace (70s show). Oh, and does anyone else notice how the CGI looks kinda crappy this time around? I don't know, might just be me, but after viewing the trailer, I get the impression that a lot of it seems very fake (like pre CGI fake). I was real confused about why they would make Sandman a major villain in this movie, but now it makes a lot more sense. Symbiote Spidey is the coolest. This and the next Batman are the two movies I'm really looking forward to.
I seem to remember venom being a scientist who was physically consumed by his powers, kind of like spiderman is in Spiderman 3. maybe there is a fourth movie with venom in it?
They'll probably do the whole symbiote wars thing in more detail in the 4th one. I'm glad they didn't rush Eddie Brock's character along. And I pray to god they stay clear away from the Clones Storyline. Hope they bring in the Hobgoblin at some point. btw, Venom > Carnage

Topher Grace as Venom?? Isn't he like 200 pounds too skinny for that role? In the cartoon (and most likely the comic), Eddie Brock was a huge, well built dude. And Carnage >>>>>>> Venom.
