With Carmelo improving so dramatically each year, and having an amazing run with Team USA, I wonder what sort of workout he does. I have seen footage of Kobe lifting weights and have heard about his crazy 6-6-6 ritual, but I wonder, has Melo been working out? If so, what does it consist of? How often? Anyone who can gather some info on this, that would be awesome!!! (Or on any other NBA players weights / workout schedules!!!)
