New York Yankees outfielder Ichiro Suzuki was unhurt in a traffic accident that occurred Saturday afternoon after he left George Steinbrenner Field following a preseason game between the Yankees and the Detroit Tigers. Ichiro's Land Rover struck a car driven by a woman who cut him off making a left turn on Dale Mabry Highway., less than three miles from the ballpark. According to a Tampa police officer at the scene, Ichiro was not at fault. According to reports, the driver of the other car received a summons. Ichiro did not.
