Does it make Hinrich harder to get, or easier? Common wisdom is that they keep Kirk if this happens, but are we sure of that? Gordon provides tons of scoring punch off the bench - and they do need that. Where are they going to get it if they lose him? I can think of someone that provides scoring off the bench. His name is Travis Outlaw. Add Blake to provide a backup PG for Rose - and there might be something there - maybe include TT as well - as they already have 2 rooks playing the same position - and they can play Travis at the 3 and 4 positions for offense, as need arises and based on the minutes they give Deng and Salmons...
I don't think so. It would still depend on who's incoming with Hinrich going out. I think they'd be ok with losing both Gordon and Hinrich if they were getting back Blake and another player, such as Travis.
Me too, also - with Blake and Travis they get a year to evaluate these guys for next year and if they do not like them - will have cap room, I suspect.
Chicago must be quite an incompetent team if they can actually misplace a player of Gordon's familiarity. Have they looked down at the "Y"?
I thought I heard somewhere that Chicago would keeper either Hinrich or Gordon. If Gordon is gone, I don't think they give up on Kirk. Tough..
Hush you. People that don't watch other teams play basketball aren't allowed to make comments about those teams' players.
