I'd feel hurt, but you probably only see "you have ignored this poster" and not understand my pain.

Then again, I can call you a poopyhead and you won't beat me up on Mt. Tabor.

Maybe this IS a good thing.

HCP, don't ignore . . . just mock his threads - it's better. Ignoring him means that he actually wins. It means that he's actually gotten under your skin i.e. KG w/ LMA.

This mofo is a fool who's putting on an act on the forum because he needs and craves the attention. No one - and I mean NO ONE - can be this much of an ass in real life and have views that are so ridiculous ALL OF THE TIME. It's the Johnny Fairplay syndrome from Survivor or Omarrosa (sp.) from The Apprentice - dumbass is just throwing shit out there just to see what sticks and how many people he can get to bite. That's why you don't acknowledge it and fall into his trap. Just open the thread (if you must), DON'T READ IT and write whatever pops to your mind and make the thread irrelevant - because it was never relevant to begin with.

It's all an act. NO ONE CAN TRULY BE THAT STUPID IN REAL LIFE ALL THE TIME . . . it's just his forum personlity and it doesn't deserve your effort to figure out how to ignore his ass on the forum.

    Peace out.

Mixum, here is something you should know....

One of the students in my psychology classes asked the professor (he was a working psychologist) if he could put into simple terms what is the main cause for people needing psychological help?

His answer: Being negative.... people get into a negative downward spiral and can't get out of it. His job as a psychologist was to stop the negative spiral and get them moving in a positive direction.

Mixum, if you can't get headed in the right direction, you should get professional help.

I always read Mixum's posts, controversy is interesting for me. And there is usually just a little bit of validity in what he says. I don't have any reason to think that he is being anyone but himself; there is a big spectrum of personalities in every group, so it's not surprising that there would be one person who is often negative and skeptical.

I just want to make sure HCP sees this post!

And YES MXUM his post was appropriate. If you think your posts are appropriate you need to be able to take a little heat.

I always read mixums posts because I enjoy envisioning some person about to completely blow a fuse typing up this stuff as fast as he can. I think it is pretty hilarious.

And this is why Psychology is a bogus pseudoscience run by people with God complexes. Who also appear to be suffering from paranoia, as they've had the compilers of DSM-V (or whichever number it is now) sign non-disclosure agreements!

(That's not to say that MIXUM doesn't need help. Just that I wouldn't trust a psychologist to know when, why, or what help would be appropriate.)
