I just read on NBA.com that Andre Iguodala has been selected to play on the rookie team and Kyle Korver has been chosen to play for the sophomores in this years Rookies vs. Sophomores game. It's nice to see both players get some recognition for themselves and the Sixers. After looking at the sqauds, I think the rookie team is in some trouble. LeBron, Wade, Melo, Bosh, and Hinrich are just a few of the sophs to play in the game. I look forward to seeing this game as it should be fun.

This will probably be the last time that these two will play against each other. I am looking forward to the Slam Dunk Contest players along with the Three Point shootout players, they both have a shot to participate in that also.

Have no clue, but this is great hearing two of our players get to the rookie challenge. With the likes of Lebron, Wade, and Melo against players like Emeka, Howard, and Deng, it should be a fun and exciting game. Unfortunately, I think the sophmores will kill them- it wouldn't even be close. But yeah, if Korver gets into the three point contest and Iguodala gets into the slam dunk contest, it would be one great night for Philly fans.

Ahh it sounds good Andre and Kyle getting some recognition for All Star weekend. I love seeing all the rookies play together, Bron and Melo really put on a show last year, hopefully Iggy can pull off something big in the contest.

It seems as if we may have a potential star studded 76ers All-Star weekend on our hands. It's too bad Green couldn't make the sophomore team, but that's due to the overwhelming talent of the guards on the sophomore team. Well since Korver and Iguodala will participate in that game, that makes two event that includes 76ers player(s).

Rookie/Sophomore Game- Kyle Korver and Andre Iguodala.
2005 NBA All-Star Game- Allen Iverson
    3Pt Shoot-out- Kyle Kover(?)
    Slam Dunk Contest- Andre Iguodala(?)
989 Sports Mad Skillz Challenge (Obstacle Course)- Allen Iverson(?)

So if things go our way, we might as well take the All-Star game backstage crew hostage and have them host the whole event in Philly. [IMG] Better yet, New York. [IMG]

Haha that would be pretty sick if Iggy wins the dunk contest and Korver wins the 3 point contest and AI wins that dribble thing like the Nuggets last yaer. They had Melo in the rookie game, boykings im not sure if he won the dribble thing lenard won the 3 point contest and anderson was in the dunk contest
