The Japan Tour this week plays the Canon Open at the Totsuka Golf Club near Yokohama, an event worth ¥150 million or $A1.85 million. Yuta Ikeda, already a two time winner this season in Japan, defends a title he won by four shots in 2009 and with a recent victory in Hokkaido, he looks to be very hard to beat again. The event is being played for just the third occasion and with only two players from this year’s money list missing then the event has brought together a strong field.
