The Pelicans (with no major injury to AD) won’t even contend for a playoff spot. Nor will the Lakers. No one would believe you.
What if someone told you.... You lost Nurk at the worst possible time when your team was on a roll and looked to be able to win some playoff games. I still watch the games and still cheer, but that was a dickpunch from Jade Falcon whilst he's tumbling down some stairs.

I’d say that sounds like something that could happen. Honestly. Would that have shocked you? And cheers to Olshey for bringing in Kanter. Wouldn’t be the end of the world. This is blasphemy to say around here, but we have MORE than enough bigs to replace Nurkic with to help us continue to win games. Nurk was awesome, esp on defense, but it’s not like we lost an All Star. Dame has more weapons to win playoff games than he had last year. Even with Nurk out.
