Ok boys what is bothering you most?for me it starts with the refs. This is terrible. shaq gets away with murder and nothing is called. He hooks right about ben then puts in a reverse dunk and the anouncers are all impressed and calling him strong but when the same thing happend last game only to sheed he got called for a foul. Then Ben goes up for an offensive rebound and gets pushed out of bounds when he is in the air by that white fag the refs just let them play. these are just 2 examples of what is going on and its bull sh*t.Then the thing that most bothers me is that they are not doing any little thing that helps win games. Sheed is staying on the perimeter and not in the post, They wont dive to save a ball going out. They dont go up for rebounds and it really just want my team from last year and 2004 back. I really hate watchign a team that will not go and do the dirty things to win games. The only one having a decent game is Tayshaun but sheed needs to get going and get on the block. I hope we can steal this game but i dont see it happening. The pistons season ends on May 31st and we dont even make it to june.
Sorry Pistons fans, not looking good so far..Shaq is destroying you..Miami's defense is playing great..1st half isnt looking so great, hopefuly they can improve 2nd half
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>What the hell is wrong with Detroit?</div>you and the rest of detroit wants to know. but even playing that bad they came and had a 10-2 run to close out the half and are only down by 6. so i hope they can carry that over and do something.
Foul trouble from Sheed, Dice isnt doing anything, Careless passes/TO's, horrible shot selection. Were lucky were down by 6.
Pistons start the second half quick and with great movement, thing thing they have been lacking the last series and the first games of this one. They are up two now, and Chauncey is 3-3 in the quarter.Hope you guys dont think I am post whoring but this is the right thread to do it in.... Pistons seem to have found a play that the Heat can't figure out, and the play gets everyone involved and everyone can score. Rasheed has stepped up and he knew he had to with three fouls in the 1st. We are looking much better this quarter. 19-9 run.
and the refs go and take two of the starters out of the game on questionable calls. The league clearly wants the heat to win because once the pistons got going they take away their biggest threat and the best defender in the game.
We can't blame everything on the refs GMA. I am not saying that there have been a few calls here or there, but not the whole thing.
not all the refs but putting 2 all stars on the bench in the first half then 2 more ast he pistons get hot? i just find it kind of hard that what ben and sheed and chauncey are doing is much different than what shaq and wade are doing.
COME ON!!!! THAT IS bullsh**! SHEED SET THE SAME SCREEN THAT IS SET IN EVERY NBA GAME!!!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE. ADD THAT TO GIVING DYESS 5 ON A sh*tty BLOCK CALL AND YOU TAKE THE PISTOSNS OUT OF THE GODDAMN GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE. Billups and Rip better step up and win this for us because down low we are screwed now.
Well... Its official Flip Saunders is the worst playoff coach EVER. Not calling a timeout as the lead grew and grew and were down by 14 with 3 and half min left in a crucial game 4. He NEVER called a timeout till Billups called one when Heat got a 10 pt lead now flip calls one when we have a 14 pt deficit.
^ Agreed. Flip is an idiot.Miami has shot about 30 more free throws then us.... hmmm....We play sh*t defense down the stretch. Not going to cut it....We can't hit a shot if we wanted too.... I don't recognize these Pistons... no heart, no determination, no nothing....I have to give the Heat major props. This is a GREAT basketball team. They aren't credited for their defense enough, and this entire series they made us look like idiots. Dwyane Wade is a superstar and is the next Jordan, not LeBron. I am not counting the Pistons out. If anyone can do it they can, but they have to find themselves.
PF11, I agree with pretty much everything you said. The Heat are playing fantastic ball and deserve all the credit in the world. They certainly have saved their best games for the end of the season they way it should be done. Dwayne Wade can so easily break down the Pistons defense that it destroys their whole game plan. If the Pistons can't force Wade to shoot jump shots then he is going to get easy shots for himself and the rest of the team. As far as Flip Saunders goes he is showing why he isn't regaurded as a playoff coach. He had all of the regular season to figure out what he had on the bench and he didn't do it. Tony Delk isn't even playing, one game Mo Evans gets minutes then the next it will be Delfino. I just don't understand his thinking on any of this. Also the Pistons offense had no motion in the first two quarters and they couldn't score. Then they started runing motion plays and they were getting easier baskets and all of a sudden they went back to the B.S. isolation plays again. It is never over until it is over and the Pistons just have to take this thing one game at a time. Don't say anything stupid to the media over the next two days and just concentrate on taking care of business on Wednesday.

Well everyone is doing well. This is Pistons basketball. I want to see this continue throughout the series. Pistons win this one.
nothing against the rest of the site balla but sometimes us pistons fans just like to get opinons from ourselves and those who care enough about the pistons or the heat to look here. Its nothing against the rest of the site but if we hold it in here we get less bandwagoners and less people who are causual fans and just want to see Wade and Shaq go off every night.
