Grabner A + Enough said. Can't expect anything more. Guy has been unreal.
Kreider A Finally has become the player we hoped he would
Miller A- One slump but he's been tremendous
Zuccarello B Good player but he over passes at times
Zibanejad B Would have been higher but the injury slowed him down. Only guy who is great on draws
Hayes B Good season. Started sucking on draws again but still better than last year
Nash B - Not worth the money but he's not the reason the defense blows.
Stepan B- Faceoffs continue to be an issue but he's solid. Overpaid though
Fast B- Good role player. Need a few of those
Buchnevich C+ Shows some upside but physically weak still
Vesey C Ran out of gas way too early for a rookie
Lindberg C- Struggled coming back but I penciled him in as a 4th center and he's doing that well now
Pirri D With his shot he should be much better

McDonagh A+ Without him the defense would totally blow
Holden A Steal for the money. A Gorton homerun
Skjei A Have no idea why our dumb fan base gets on this guy. Having a tremendous rookie season
Staal B Still looks old for his age but he has been decent this year
Klein D Awful most of the season. Playing a little better now
Girardi D- Just doesn't have it any longer
Clendening D- Can't play defense. Simple as that.

Lundqvist C Far too many bad goals. Perhaps he can put together a good stretch.
Raanta A Saved the team for a while

And Raanta gets an A, despite a few bad games. I'd put Buchnevich at a B for the games he's played, as his hockey sense and skill is showing through already.
Hopefully Vesey can find a second wind down the stretch.

Not bad Dump, I agree with most of these. Vesey did hit the rookie wall but it seems like he's come out of the break firing which is good to see. Also think Hayes deserves a little higher, he's having a spectacular year. Nash too; I think he's skating the best since his first year in NY. Pirri should get an F- and even that's too high. He's the most one-dimensional player in the league and has sucked for months at that one dimension. Everybody else seems right on.
