Buffalo almost did it. Rian Lindell's miss might have just won the game. 9-0 for the Colts...but they may be mortal after all.
yea the Colts always have had close games all season... look how many times Peyton Manning has had to lead the team on a last second game winning drive. Look at the Jets game for example. They won 31-28 on a 2 minute drill. They always seem to find a way to win though. I think they'll lose at least one game though I don't think that they'll be able to survive these close games for much longer.
Like I said earlier this season, They do not appear as dominant as last year. Regardless, the real good teams find ways to win despite how ugly it may look.
I agree that the Colts aren't as dominant as last season, but still a good football team that finds ways to win each and every week. Doesn't matter anyway though, just like previous years they will fall short of the big game, probably due to the infamous Manning playoff choke.
Seems to me like the colts do just enough on offense to win. I think they probably could have scored more if they needed to. I could be wrong, but i think they are definately trying to gameplan to level of competetion

I think once Indy gets a lead they play to protect it instead of play to pretty much destroy their opponent. It will be intresting to see them come playoff time this year. You kind of see the Colts pulling away from the rest and then the Broncos, Chargers, Bears, and Giants all playing for the next best.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BearsFan1)</div><div class='quotemain'>I could be wrong, but i think they are definately trying to gameplan to level of competetion</div> i dont think that is a good idea at all, gameplanning to just beat ur oppenent doesnt make any sense to me. Because one day someone is going to destroy them and it'll be in the playoffs. If they are really trying to play down to teh level of others i think that will soon backfire on them
