Just wondering, do you think that JVG will still play Ward and Lue alot when they return, or do you think that Barrett and Sura would've have proven themselves by then?

I think Sura will continue to start. Barret might be booted out of the rotation, though. And it's a shame, because he's played better the last two games than either of them have played all season. Barret's main problem is on defense, where he commits a lot of bad fouls and point guards can easily shoot over him.

Barrett and Lue are virtually similar players, except that Barrett has more desire in himself right now and is eager to prove himself to the coach. When Lue comes back, I believe it will be down to him and Barrett to fight for the third PG spot, and I believe Barrett will prevail. It's much of a toss-up though, especially if we see a much-improved Lue after returning from injury.

Barrett works a lot better with Yao too. We suck when Lue and Yao are on the court at the same time, and Lue is a much better defensive player. Those are the big differances that i see. I think ward should definetly be out of the rotation, he hasnt really done anything that no one else can do.

When Lue and Ward return, I see Sura taking the starting spot and Ward backing him up since Van Gundy likes him so much. As for Lue and Barrett, right now Barrett is flourishing with those minutes like the game against New Orleans where he hit all those 3 pointers so I see Van Gundy putting him after Ward. It's still pretty sad though since right now he is showing so much talent and potential while once Ward comes back, will only be getting a few scrap minutes a night.

Yeah, since JVG likes former Knicks I think Sura will be starting then Ward then probably Lue...

I have a bad feeling about this actually. Seeing as how JVG is such a knucklehead of a coach in terms of offense, I wouldn't be surprised if Barrett gets buried in the bench again.... God I hope that doesn't happen..

I think what might happen is Ward will start at PG, and Sura will become a backup SG. Backup PG will be a toss up between Lue and Barrett.
