The loudest cheer Saturday night at Consol Energy Center erupted when an announcement of a Penguins victory came over the loudspeakers. The problem was the Penguins are in Florida, and the hobbled Power are in trouble after a 45-22 loss to the previously winless Tulsa Talons. The Power did not score in the first and third periods and managed the smallest point total of any team in the Arena Football League during the fourth week of the season. Overall, the Power have been scoreless in three of their past five quarters, including the fourth period Monday in Milwaukee. "Scoring 14 (going into the fourth quarter) is kind of like having negative-14 in an outdoor game," Power coach Chris Siegfried said. "That's how bad that is." The Power tried two quarterbacks — starter Kevin McCabe and backup Anthony Morelli — but neither gave the 9,925 people in attendance much to celebrate.
