Los Angeles Clippers forward Caron Butler suffered a left elbow strain Sunday in the team's 129-97 win over the Detroit Pistons and will be out approximately one week. Clippers coach Vinny Del Negro announced the diagnosis after Butler underwent an MRI Monday morning. He said the diagnosis is good news given how bad Butler looked after Sunday's game.
