It's great how basketball is becoming more like baseball in situational scoring if you got guys recording the plays.
And in other news... Dick Vitale releases his new mock draft top 3 1.) JJ Reddick 2.) Sheldon Williams 3.) Sean Dockery
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting AlleyOop:</div><div class="quote_post">I wanna know who the hell is sitting there recording all those stats!?</div> Stats guys probably reviewing game tape. I know ESPN has a gamelog of where a player took their shots on the floor and whether or not there is a trend for a player to shoot a certain % going left vs. when they go right, etc. Like for instance, Ellis doesn't go left very well. Whereas Jrich, Ike, and Dunleavy, Baron can go either way if they got the ball in the post or are driving at the rim. BTW, none of our other big men can use their off-hand very well, especially not Foyle, not Zarko using his left, not Murphy using his right hand, I don't think Biedrins can use his right hand. Big men who play in the post have to use their other hand almost equally as well unless they're like Shaq or Amare and they're just all at the rim with their strength and athleticism. Almost all the star players in this league can use either hand just as well handling and shooting at close range.
Foyle fumbled passes Left Block: 50.12% Left Shoulder: 52.56% Right Shoulder: 53.50% Post Pin: 52.4% ...
I guess that's another category then. It's either dropped passes entirely or he bats or juggles the ball around trying to hit it to himself or another teammate. Warriors rule #1: No people with bad hands please! I'll take Murphy's defense if that's the case because Troy will give you almost no fumbled or dropped passes whether the pass is thrown low or high or right to his hands at full speed.
