The Iowa Cubs set(or maybe matched) an unbreakable attendence record Saturday when they played before a paid crowd of zero....thats right, no one attended the game because the stadium wasnt deemed safe after damage from the recent flooding, but the teams played anyway....the Cubs won 5-4, which begs the question: If a Cub hits a homer in the woods and no one is there to see it, did it really clear the fence? http://www.dailyherald.com/story/?id=208082&src=152
When Mike Veeck (not sure if he still is) was owner of the Charleston River Dogs they had a game where they didn't allow anyone in until the game was official in the 5th inning, at the time set the record of 0 attendance.
